Ensure constant and immediate safety!

With Hello Sure you can choose to connect your hub to the Wi-Fi network or insert a SIM for alarms. Get a SIM for your alarm directly from the telephone provider of your choice.

To configure the alarm, make sure that the Micro SIM is active, without a PIN and with credit, and insert it into the back of the Hub.

By inserting a SIM you access many additional functions and conveniences:

  • Your hub works even without a Wi-Fi connection: in the event of a connection failure, your SIM will continue to work independently, guaranteeing continuous security
