How can I cancel my MyHelloSure account?

To cancel your MyHelloSure account, send an email toinfo@hellosure.it indicating:;

  • name, surname and email address used at the time of registration
  • MAC Address* code of your Hub.

We will remove your account promptly, in accordance with the provisions of the current GDPR.

*The MAC Address code can be found on the back of your Hello Sure Hub. It is an alphanumeric code made up of 12 characters.
